Volunteer Opportunities
If you have ever thought about getting involved with PTA, now is your chance! We are accepting Self Nominations for the MCMS PTA Board and Committees for the 2022-2023 school year. Candidates need to complete the Self Nomination Form by April 8, 2022. Candidates will be contacted by the Nominating Committee concerning their interest.

Why step up to the challenge? It’s simple: Our kids need you. As a PTA volunteer, you help build partnerships between families and our school that ultimately improve student achievement. It’s also a great way for you to:
-
Keep up with what is happening at Mill Creek
-
Support your child’s education
-
Connect with other families
-
Recommend changes at the school and in your community

Candidates will be considered based on their abilities and their willingness to serve. If no one expresses interest in a particular position, the Nominating Committee will seek out qualified nominees. PTA members will have an opportunity to approve or reject the slate at the PTA general meeting on April 13, 2022.

It is important to note that any position(s) can be co-chaired. Service begins following the final board meeting of this school year (with the exception of the Treasurer, whose term is July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023).
